"I like the staff, but there are too many TV's, the cuts are fast, they keep notes on your preferences, the MVP has some strange features to it, not sure the quick neck massage is necessary..."

"Awesome Staff. I have been going to Sport Clips for 10 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They alway keep me looking good!"

"Staff is great except for one apple in the bunch. My husband comes home complaining about the skill levels of Ronita or Bonita. He's too nice to say he hates his haircut- and i'm the one who has to look at him. Bad experience with cuts and wash, hair dryer to close to his head/ears, untalented stylist. My husband shouldn't seem like an inconvenience."

"Easy access and quality haircut for a testy teen boy. Helps eliminate the fuss. Annalise is the best!"

"Always easy to get in and out unless you go right at 530pm. I usually take the first stylist in line, which can be a good idea, but the stylists can vary in their skill and comfort. I've taken to purchasing the Season Ticket, and I would recommend you do the same. It's $99 for six haircuts with the MVP treatment (wash, hot towel, massage, and face/hand lotion). It's the closest I get to a pampering as just a regular dude, and with the season ticket, it's actually cheaper than just a normal old haircut."

"Chronically understaffed. Often one stylist with 3-5 waiting. Wait times 45-90 minutes. Not worth it."
